How shipping works

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. Please remember to check your spam or promotions folder just in case.

If your order contains multiple items, they may sometimes be shipped separately depending on stock location or warehouse fulfilment.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight, delivery address, and shipping method.

We also offer free shipping within the United States on orders over $75 USD.

Estimated delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are typically:

United States: 3-7 business days
International orders: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather disruption, high shipment volumes, or busy seasonal periods.

International shipping

Lucas Play currently ships to a growing range of international destinations, including:

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and selected European countries, including: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Ukraine.

Shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery country.

Duties, taxes and customs

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs once it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and vary from country to country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly recommend checking your country’s customs guidance before placing your order, as Lucas Play is unable to refund orders due to duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs-related charges imposed by your local authorities.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • in perfect condition
  • returned in their original packaging

For eligible returns within this period, we will provide a return label for domestic U.S. returns.

To begin a return, please use our Returns Tracking page and make sure to include your order number.

International returns

For returns from outside the United States, customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label unless otherwise required by law. This is because our returns processing is currently handled through our U.S. warehouse network.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Please note that if an item is returned used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
